Choose the date of your visit, and the tickets you require. When you are ready to pay, click the arrow button to move forward.
Enter your address details including your postcode and you will then be taken to a Barclays Secure Website for you to enter your Credit Card Details.
Please make sure your address details are the same as those registered to your Credit Card.
Once you have successfully paid, you will then be able to print your tickets. An email will be sent to you to confirm your booking and let you re-print
your tickets if necessary.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, may only be used on the date specified and may not be sold or passed on to third parties.
Discount vouchers or offers are not valid in conjunction with on-line bookings.
Children three years and under are admitted free of charge.
Pleasure Island would like to ensure both your safety and enjoyment during your visit, in the interests of safety certain rides have height restrictions which are displayed at rides stations. Please comply with these restrictions and all other posted, verbal or distributed rules and guidelines.
Pleasure Island will endeavour to open as many rides and attractions as possible. However we reserve the right to alter or change the programme of rides, shows and attractions if necessary.
Pleasure Island reserves the right to refuse admission without notice or reason.
Pleasure Island reserves the right to request visitors to leave the park without notice or reason.
Closing times vary dependant on the time of year.
Males are required to be over the age of 65 and females over the age of 60 to qualify for the senior citizen admission rate.

502 error means that your Credit Card is not registered to the correct address or you have chosen the wrong card type (e.g. Visa, Electron, Mastercard etc).
